We save you annoying price checks because we guarantee that you will always automatically receive the lowest published price at arrival and departure without having to ask. This way you can be sure to always get the best price-performance ratio for your vacation.

Arrival and Departure Information

Check-in

The booked rooms at Eibtaler Hof are available to you on the day of arrival from 4:00 pm.

Early Arrival Package

Please let us know if you would like to book one of our Early Arrival Packages.

Package 1: Early arrival before 2:00 pm (from 10:00 am without apartment) including lunch and use of all facilities per adult for € 59.

Package 2: Early arrival before 10:00 am (from 8:00 am without apartment) including breakfast and lunch and use of all facilities per adult for € 95.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the rooms by 10:00 am at the latest and to hand in the key at the reception. Lunch on departure day is included in the price.

Late Departure Package

If you already plan to leave later on the day of departure, we offer you the following options:

Late departure until 2:00 pm including lunch buffet (without apartment) – included in the price

Package 3: Late departure until 4:00 pm including lunch & cake buffet (without apartment) – cost per adult € 59

Package 4: Late departure until 7:30 pm including lunch, cake & dinner buffet (without apartment) – cost per adult € 95

Food & Drinks

Nutrition for Allergy Sufferers

We are happy to prepare gluten-free and low-allergen meals for you. Please inform us of your wishes when booking your family vacation, and we will take care of the rest.

Meal Times

Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 am
Lunch snack from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
Coffee & cake from 2:30 to 4:30 pm
Dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 pm

Further Advantages

Laundry facilities: In our guest laundry room, washing machine and dryer are available. (for a fee)
Room cleaning: 6 times per week included

Lost and Found

If you realize after departure that you have forgotten something with us, please notify us.

We will gladly send you the forgotten items securely packaged for a fee of € 10.

As a gift from our house, you will receive a voucher worth € 10 that you can redeem on your next stay.

Pets

Would you like to take your dog on vacation with you?

Pets/dogs are gladly allowed at our Eibtaler Hof. Please note that they are only permitted in selected suites upon request.

We charge € 20 per day per pet without meals

Cancellation Conditions

We do have a handshake agreement, but the General Travel Conditions apply to bookings.

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 89 days before arrival.
Between 89 and 30 days before arrival, costs amounting to 30% of the travel price apply.
For a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the hotel can charge 80% of the price.
In case of no-show without cancellation or early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed price.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing and with mutual confirmation.

We recommend concluding the travel cancellation insurance to avoid high cancellation costs.
